7-Day Easy Return
You can request a return within 7 days of receiving your order.
Return Eligibility
To qualify for a return:

The product must be unused and in its original condition.

All original tags, packaging, and accessories must be intact.

The product should not be damaged due to misuse or improper handling.
Customized Products
Since we sell customized bags, products that are personalized with names, photos, logos, or custom designs cannot be returned or refunded unless:

You received the wrong product.

The product is damaged during delivery.

There is a manufacturing defect.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

Your Order ID

Clear photos/videos of the product and packaging
We'll arrange a replacement or full refund after verification.
Refund Process
Once your returned item is received and inspected:

Your refund will be approved within 2–3 business days.

The refund will be credited to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, the refund will be transferred to your bank account or UPI after verification.
Return Shipping

If the return is due to our error (wrong, damaged, or defective product), we will bear the return shipping cost.
