Order Processing

  • All orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation.

  • Customized bags may require 2–5 business days for production before dispatch.

  • Orders are not processed on Sundays or public holidays.

Shipping Time

Estimated delivery times:

  • Metro Cities: 3–5 business days

  • Other Cities & Towns: 4–7 business days

  • Remote Areas: 5–10 business days

Delivery times may vary due to weather, courier delays, or unforeseen circumstances.

Shipping Charges

  • Free Shipping on eligible orders (as displayed during checkout).

  • Shipping charges, if applicable, will be shown before payment.

Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking link via SMS, WhatsApp, or Email to monitor your shipment.

Cash on Delivery (COD)

  • COD is available for selected locations.

  • Additional COD charges may apply, if mentioned during checkout.

Delivery Attempts

Our courier partners will make 2–3 delivery attempts. If the order remains undelivered due to an incorrect address, unavailable recipient, or refusal to accept the package, it may be returned to us.

Address Changes

Please ensure your shipping address and contact details are correct while placing your order. Address changes may not be possible after the order has been shipped.

Delayed or Lost Shipments

If your order is delayed beyond the estimated delivery time or appears lost in transit, please contact our customer support. We will coordinate with the courier partner to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

Damaged Package

If you receive a damaged package:

  • Take clear photos/videos before opening, if possible.

  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your Order ID and supporting images/videos.
